First: Product Nature
All products displayed in Gemoora Store are digital products delivered electronically online, and no physical products are shipped.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, the product cannot be exchanged after delivery to the customer or after access has been activated.
The customer has the right to request an exchange only in the following cases:
Receiving a product that differs from the description shown on the product page.
Presence of a technical defect preventing the use of the product that has not been resolved within 48 hours of contacting technical support.
In case of approval for the exchange, the customer is provided with an alternative product with the same specifications within a period not exceeding two working days.
Refund Policy (Money Back)
Since the products are digital and delivered electronically, the product cannot be refunded after delivery or use.
The customer has the right to request a refund in the following cases:
Not receiving the product within the period specified on the product page.
Unable to provide the product after completing the payment.
Presence of a technical defect preventing the use of the product that has not been resolved within 48 hours of contacting support.
Refund Request Mechanism

If approved, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method within 5 – 10 working days.
Important Notes
No hidden fees are imposed on refund cases in acceptable situations.
The customer does not bear any additional costs if the reason for the refund is due to an error from the store.
